A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to officially lock in your booking. Your date is not held, reserved, or considered confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due before or on your shoot day.

At this time, we do not offer payment plans or Afterpay. All bookings require the 25% deposit upfront, with the remaining balance due on or before your shoot day. This ensures the experience is prioritized for committed clients.

Yes. We assist with location selection, wardrobe direction, and overall shoot vision as part of the creative direction process. Whether you have a full concept or just a vibe in mind, we'll develop it into a complete, cohesive experience before your shoot day.

Final edited images from standard photography sessions are delivered within 72 hours of your shoot date. No waiting weeks for your photos. Larger productions — video, corporate, and multi-location shoots — follow a project-specific timeline outlined in your proposal; rush delivery is available where scheduling permits.

Via a private online gallery — ready for instant download and sharing. Your gallery link is sent directly to your email within 72 hours of the shoot. High-resolution files included across all packages.

Yes. Projects include up to two standard revision rounds unless otherwise stated in your proposal or agreement. Beyond that, additional photo retouching starts at $40/image, video editing starts at $100/hour, and additional revisions are $100/hour with a one-hour minimum. Let us know what you need and we'll take care of it.

Yes. We offer both standalone and combined photo + video coverage. Let us know during booking that you'd like photo and video together — it's available across Events, Corporate & Commercial, and Creative Direction & Production — and we'll scope it into your quote.
