What information posterchildmedia.org collects when you use this site, and what actually happens to it today.
Effective September 16, 2026
When you submit a booking inquiry on this site, you may provide your first and last name, email address, phone number, how you heard about us, your preferred date and location, the number of people involved, a description of your project or vision, reference/inspiration links, and any products or add-ons you're interested in. All of this is entered voluntarily by you through the booking form — we do not collect it any other way.
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, confirm availability, and provide the services you've requested. We do not use it for unrelated marketing unless you separately opt in (see the marketing-consent option in the booking form), and we do not sell the information you provide through this site to third parties.
A small number of third-party services help this site function. Here is exactly what each one does today:
After you submit an inquiry, you'll receive an automated acknowledgment and, separately, a personal reply from Posterchild Media. If you call or text the phone number listed on this site, that conversation is handled directly with our team, not through this website.
This site does not currently set cookies or use browser storage (such as localStorage) to track you. If that changes in the future — for example, if we add analytics — this policy will be updated first, and where required, you'll be asked for consent before any new tracking begins.
No analytics service is currently installed on this site. We are not currently measuring visits, page views, or on-site behavior in any automated way.
This website does not currently process payments or store any payment card information. Retainers and balances due are handled directly with our team, outside of this website, using methods we'll share with you individually.
We retain the information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if you book with us, to fulfill and document that engagement — or as otherwise required by law. We have not set a fixed, universal deletion timeline; if you'd like your information removed, contact us (see Section 11) and we'll address the request directly.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information submitted through this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We do not claim any specific compliance certification for this website.
Some Posterchild Media sessions — including Little Moments, Little Moments Mini, and our Holiday packages — involve photographing children. The person who books a session must be an adult. This site does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the booking form; any information about a minor participating in a session is provided by the responsible adult who made the booking, on that child's behalf.
If you have questions about this policy, or would like to review, correct, or request deletion of information you've submitted, contact us at hello@posterchildmedia.org.
We may update this policy as our practices change. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
